We recently extracted a high-level executive from litigation in which he and his company were accused of fraud in connection with the construction of a large real estate development project in Manhattan. After we moved to dismiss the complaint at the outset of this litigation, plaintiffs voluntarily agreed to drop all claims lodged against the executive.
