Thomas J. Bonner has extensive experience in general commercial litigation, corporate, banking law, international trade, international finance, real estate finance and loan reorganization. Mr. Bonner has served as Chairman of the International Law & Practice Section of the New York State Bar Association. He also has served as that section's Executive Vice Chairman and Vice Chairman. In addition, Mr. Bonner has served as a delegate to the New York State Bar Association's House of Delegates.
